We focus on the weaknesses that hold athletes back. Speed, strength, and agility training that puts kids in uncomfortable situations so they come out confident when it counts in competition.

Speed
We work on acceleration, first-step quickness, and sprint mechanics. The kind of speed that shows up in every sport.

Strength
Training that builds real strength for each age group. No fluff, just work that actually makes athletes stronger.

Footwork, coordination, and body control. The stuff that separates good athletes from great ones.

Confidence
We put athletes in uncomfortable situations on purpose. That is how you build real confidence that shows up when competition gets hard.

MAC Training is an athletic training facility in Tomball, TX that specializes in personal training and group fitness for people of all ages. We work with middle and high school athletes, beginners just starting out, and experienced competitors looking to take it to the next level.

What makes us different is simple. We focus on improving the weaknesses that hold athletes back. We put them in uncomfortable situations so they become confident in their abilities when it counts. The goal is an athlete who can adapt to any challenge thrown at them during competition.

At MAC Training we believe everyone can be an athlete no matter where they are starting. Our coaches meet every kid where they are and push them further than they thought possible.

This camp is built for athletes who are committed and focused on reaching their goals. If your kid takes their sport seriously and wants to come back next season faster, stronger, and more confident, this is the right place. All skill levels are welcome but the mindset has to be there.

Ages 7 through 18. We run two separate sessions by age group so training is always right for where your kid is physically. Ages 7 to 13 train at 11am, ages 14 to 18 train at 1pm.
Not at all. Camp is built for all skill levels. Whether your kid has never touched a weight or is already a varsity athlete, our coaches will meet them where they are and push them forward.
Athletic shoes, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. That’s it.
No problem. With sessions Monday through Thursday, if they miss one day they can come the next. Missing a day doesn’t mean missing a week.
No and that is the point. We train the things every athlete needs: speed, strength, and agility. These skills show up in football, basketball, soccer, baseball, track and whatever else your child plays.
